Good evening fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of Iso-leverage rows (plate stack unit), 4 sets of Iso-leverage rows (plate loading unit), 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls, and 4 sets of two arm DB curls on an inclined bench. Working up to the low 100's on all the rows. 60 lb machine preachers did the trick. Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob

Back workout …. Love -hate…. Not looking to build a massive back…. Henceforth using bands for assistance but once upon a time… I could do these with added plates around my waist. Technique!!!

Had my baby girl almost two weeks ago. She was 6lbs 8oz and came early at 38 weeks. Ready to give myself a few more weeks to heal and get back to running and working out.
