Friday gym session: Chest isolation, shoulders, tri's, abs. Cable flyes - 2 x 12 @ 25, L/R, low pulleys. CG flyes - 3 sets for 40 reps - 14/13/13 @ 20, L/R, low pulleys. Would have done 2 x 20 but felt unusually fatigued and so played it safe. X-crosses - 2 x 12 @ 32.5, L/R, top pulleys. Smith Machine OH presses - 3 x 8 @ 135. DB raises, front/side/rear - 2 x 21 - 7/7/7 - @ 25's. V-bar press-downs - 4 x 8 @ 70. Abs: same as Tuesday. 3 rest days, then week 6 of 6 starts Tuesday, the 11th.

It was a great early workout. Pushed it to the limits. Hit a big wall while hitting the abs. But I kept pushing and pushing through. It's in the books.
