Hi guys, workout was a bit later this morning due to icy wind/🌧🌬❄️ Will probably start to do workouts later like last winter, depending on the weather and temperature. 11:00 am legs, abs, cardio: stretching, 60 crunches, 5x12 leg ext 17kg + 5x20 bbell squats 2kg, 4x12's front db squats 5kg + lying leg curls 17kg, 3x15 lunges 5kg + 3x12 lying leg curls 17kg, 4x20 standing calf raises 7kg, 4x12 step ups (each leg) 5kg, 2km walk (18:31 min), stretching.
