Give this intense 5 minute EZ bar tricep workout a try! All you need is 1 EZ bar. If you have multiple weighted bars or if you have the type of bar where you can add on weight plates, then even better! All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this tricep circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your arm day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume tricep workout with an EZ bar. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track and follow right along. Bodyfat estimate please? Reddit folks has put me around 18 percent twice in a row and my calipers say I'm under 10 percent so I'm very confused My BMI is 24.7 so 18 percent makes more sense for my weight but I do workout and they say calipers are more accurate than eyeballing it. I also fit comfortably in 28 waist jeans but my stomach at its widest point fully relaxed is like 34 inches So my weight is 155 and my goal is currently 145 but should I lower it to like 130lbs ? I am only 5 foot 7 and am not in danger of being underweight at 130lbs but I don't want to lose muscle thinking I'm losing fat I also am wishful thinking that I have more muscle mass than to weight only 130lbs but gotta start where I'm at 💯. So does 18 percent fat sound realistic or plausible given my physique and size ? I must have been **** near 50 percent when I first started losing weight in that case
