Here is a fun fact, the chemical and fuels logistics company (American PetroLog LLC) we sold two years ago (2022) to Kenan was one of Brandon’s sponsers year 2021. We had customer outings at several tracks where and when he was running. It was my turn hosting when he ran at the Texas Motor Speedway. Always the seats in the pit. “Go Brandon!”

Monday. 1. Standing lite bar Smith Machine shoulder presses, 4x12, supersetting with - 2. Plate side raises then bringing them together in front back to my side. When my arms extended last set, hold for 13 seconds. 4x12. 3. Biceps db alternating incline bench curls 4x12. 4. Biceps Scott bench preachers curls, 4x12 5. Triceps flat bench over the head DB extensions, 4x12. 6. Triceps push-ups hand diamond position, 30-30-30-10. 7. Closer: Leg press, 2x10x1057# (not a typo).
