Motivaton Monday…. I am almost 50 and I dont feel like I have an existencial age crisis just because I am trying to look or feel younger. I read a comment (in other social media) where a guy look fit, hot and he is in his 50s….. I encourage to all to feel younger and fit!!! It is already hard to get older ….
