SHOULDERS: Smith Machine OH presses - 3 x 10 @ 125. DB raises for front/side/rear - 2 x 21 - 7/7/7 - @ 20's. TRI'S: V-bar press-downs - 4 x 10 @ 55. ABS: same as Tuesday. June 1 marks opening of Atlantic hurricane season. Let's pray that it's not as bad as what I hear predicted via online media. History note: 1979 was the year we began alternating male and female names for Atlantic hurricanes.
