Seizures and sedentary lifestyle have taken their toll on me. Over 2 years since i probably did a "workout", walk, or anything significant besides sone Dad ball baseball coaching and on field play. This ladt year was the worst, and my scale has the evidence.

Reading: Wrestling Reality,autobio of wrestler Chris Kanyon. Really interesting,tells alot about going up the ranks of the WWE and ECW and the fellow wrestling stars. Due to being bipolar and 10 concussions, sadly after the book was written he took his own life.
