Finally fully recovered, I'm going to reintegrate a new gym routine somehow. Just for now, I'm going to start dieting and start doing a 5:00 a.m. dog walk. Then, I'll ease my way back into running and weight lifting and maybe swim if there's extra room in my daily schedule. But lately, I've been doing morning and evening meditation.
