Got Er Done👍👍 Treadmill Walking Colonoscopy Went Well, Removed Small Polyp. Doctor Didn't Seem Worried, Said See You In 10 Years. Only Thing I Wasn't Allowed To Do Was Lift, Luck A Good Boy I Listened. It's Amazing The Older You Get The More You Listen To Doctor's Advice💞💞Back To Lifting Tomorrow Morning🤘
