Thursday workout was a big hit: Back, traps, bi's, forearms, abs. Lat pulldowns, L/R handles: 2 x 10 @ 120. Seated rows, L/R handles: 2 x 10 @ 135. Straight-arm pulldowns: 2 x 12 @ 50. Hyperextensions: 1 x 30. Arm-curl machine, rotating handles: 3 x 15 regular @ 65. 3 x 15 hammer @ 50. DB wrist curls: 3 x 15 @ 20's. DB wrist extensions: 3 x 15 @ 10's. Reverse crunches: 3 x 20. Regular crunches, feet in air: 3 x 20. About 65 minutes with 1 brief halftime break.

After 5 months, made 57.7 Mil. Going for 10.3 Mil in June to take me to 68 Mil halfway through year- I will scale back second half and target 8 Mil/month, and by doing this I'll be at 116 Mil for the year. My establish objective was just to be over 100 Mil for 6th year in a row. Again my larger goal is to have lifted 1 Billion LBS + in my lifetime. Not too far off from that- closing in on it. TGIF FitFam.
