Researchers looked at a data set comprising of 66 million walking days from 46 countries, involving 693,806 people.
All sorts of interesting details came out of this study.
ð For example, males walked more than females at all ages, from the mid-teenage years through to the seventies.
ð On the other hand, females on average had lower BMIs than males.
ð The average person took 4,961 steps per day.
Recommended Daily Steps: 7k

For me on a daily basis, I love walking to the gym. When I am in California, I love hiking Torrey pines.

Gym Tales : Althrough 99 per cent of the members in the gym were nice during my employ,there were some that could have come straight out of South Park.An older man would grab up magazines [we had them out pre covid] and take then in the smaller workout room,where he would tear out ads for maxi pads and stuff his pockets. He was later strongly advised to leave when he offered a woman $ 5 for favors. We also had a witch,all in black,with a young man with her [never sure if it was son,boyfriend or both] who would break into the music system,then hide by standing against a white wall . [ ??? ]She tried to get me fired by making up a story so outragous,it had the front desk laughing for hours...
