Happy Monday Fit Fam. Started the week with legs. Worked up to 320lbs for 2 reps on squats. Rest of leg day went well. Did sprint cycle for conditioning. Back day tomorrow. GO CRUSH MONDAY!

Sunday 1. 100 Bodyweight overhand pull-ups over 11 sets. 2. 100 Bodyweight underhand chin ups over 10 sets. 3. 300 calf raises/stretches - 100 reps for three foot positions. 4. Pec deck 4x12x150# 5. 100 pushups off two low parallel bars. 6. DB incline bench presses 3x12x45#, 1x12x50#. 7. Leg press 1057#, reps 10-15-20.
