Ok, not exactly a fit post..but I tried a new cookie recipe today and they came out amazing!!! My friendâs hisband asked if I could make him Pepperidge Farm Chesapeake cookies. He said they are making them smaller now and they arenât as good as they used to be. Since I love to bake, he figured I could make something similar. Yes, I can..and Iâm sure mine taste better.ð

Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Pull down edition. Here's how it went. Did: 4 sets of WG, plate loading leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of CG pulldowns, 4 sets of straight arm/straight bar pulldowns, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of standing straight bar curls and 4 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. Strongest lifts were on the WG pulldowns - taking it up to 200 lbs x 10. Matches my best. Considerably lower weights on everything else. Pull down version of back day is probably my favorite workout. Definitely the one that causes my joints the least amount of grief! Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob

Give this intense 5 minute EZ bar tricep workout a try! All you need is 1 EZ bar. If you have multiple weighted bars or if you have the type of bar where you can add on weight plates, then even better! All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this tricep circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your arm day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume tricep workout with an EZ bar. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track and follow right along. Let's fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute EZ bar tricep workout!
