Feb 1st I weighed in at the largest I’ve ever been 279. June 6th I weighed in at 249!! I have been working out consistently and its showing. This week I started following a new workout and its exactly what i needed. I’ve crushed mini goals like running a continuous mile (12 mins) and going down a pant size. I wont have another weigh in until july but i know the scale will show my hard work!
