Not every day is our best or leanest.
I woke up this morning, at a philly cheesesteak for breakfast.
Had PB and J
Had PB Crackers
And i almost called it a day and just watched the punisher till i went to bed.
Then i decided it wasnt a day i wanted, so i got up and went and crushed a leg and ab day. Came home, ate a grilled chicken salad.
Tomorrow is another day to make the best choices and continue on progress in life, love and the pursuit of healthiness.
