Are you getting enough variety in your diet? 🥭⁣ ⁣ Do you tend to eat the same old foods?⁣ ⁣ Maybe you’ve fell into the trap of eating junk foods regularly? Maybe you don’t know a thing about nutrition and don’t know where to start? Maybe you have an eating disorder? This is just some of the reasons we might not be getting much variety in our diets. ⁣ ⁣ I spent years eating the same foods over and over again because I slipped into that gym bro mentality where I only ate tilapia and broccoli etc. 🥦🐟 I don’t want that for you! ⁣ ⁣ To make sure your getting the right nutrients - ⁣ 1. Eat 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables a day. 🍏 ⁣ 2. Eat a variety of starchy foods. 🍚 ⁣ 3. Have some dairy or dairy alternatives. 🥥⁣ 4. Rotate your protein sources. 🎃⁣ 5.
