I have finished my Jacked like Jake Gyllenhaal transformation. The goal was to see how close I could get to his condition in the movie Roadhouse. I lost 11 lbs (the goal was 10 lbs) and was in a slight calorie deficit for the last 4 months. I’m 58 years old and natural. I’d eaten one meal before these photos, and they were taken post-workout. I didn’t do any carbohydrate or sodium manipulation like the movie stars do before a shirtless scene
