If you don't get enough sleep for 3-4 days in a week are you constantly sleep deprive

So I got about 3-4 hours of sleep for 2-3 days in a week and even though some days I got straight 7-10 hours of sleep I still end up sleepy throughout the noon that I crash while at work. If I don't get enough sleep for just 3-4 days does it add up to even days that I get enough sleep for?
