hi, i have just had 2 moles removed and have 2 fairly large stitched up wounds on my shin. Been told not to exercise for 3 weeks but wondered if you knew of any leg/glute day exercises I could do that would have no risk of the wound opening etc. Obvs squats/lunges will be out of the question but...
