Returning to lifting after anterior shoulder dislocation.

Did the PT but still nervous to get back into it. I was doing strong lifts before I got injured. Injury happened from a fall and then I dislocated it again 9 hours later in my sleep. No setback since and that was 6 months ago. Any lifts I should avoid? Anyone ever go through something similar?
