Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. Feeling lazy some days at the gym

The day before and at night I feel pumped and ready for the day ahead and ready to kill my upcoming workout but when I go to the gym the next day I don't feel nearly as motivated. I drink prework too. Wondering if any one else has this problem and how they deal with it.

Lagging right side of chest

I know the reason behind it, but I don't know how to tackle the problem. My right shoulder cannot stretch as much as the left shoulder for full ROM during DB bench press. It feels stiffer and ROM is limited therefore. Any suggestions?

I hit legs pretty hard today, and after having done 5 sets of heavy back squats and 3 sets of heavy split squats, I began deadlifting and during the third rep of the second set I was hit with a pretty painful headache. Post Dips and rounded shoulders

I have rounded shoulders/a bit of a winged scapula and I wanted to add dips to my workout. Since dipping moves my shoulders forward and down, would it be bad for me? Or would it actually even help me gaining shoulder mobility or benefit me in any way? Thanks
