Frequent shoulder pain from working out?

Whenever i do some vigorous workout involving my upper body, I would always have ache in my shoulder especially in the deltoid area, but it doesn't affect my lift and goes away, but it's kind of annoying, have anyone faced similar circumstances?

Deadlifts and Rack Pulls aren't the best exercises to target upper back/traps?

I was watching a video from Sean Nalewanyj and he says deadlifts are primarily a hips/glutes dominant exercises, with the upper back/traps only under some tension at the very top of the movement and they only contract isometrically, to stabilize the spine. I asked a personal trainer at my gym today...

Alternating dumbbell curls bad?

Is alternating the hands as I curl bad? I can get 35lbs for hand doing the alternating curls, but when I do BB curls for the same reps I can only get 65-70lbs on the bar. Is this odd or can I get more with the DB because it's alternating?

RDL and Flexibility (or lack thereof)

I've been watching some videos on how to properly do RDL's, and it seems most people go down below their knees / mid shin. However, I don't know if I'm just really inflexible, but if I let the bar go below my knees, my hamstrings are screaming and it doesn't feel right. It doesn't matter how...
