Lower back stress/compression with RDL vs Deadlift

I’m wondering if having back rounding on the RDL is as stressful on your lower back as having a similar degree of rounding with a normal conventional deadlift. Or is the deadlift inherently more stressful as you lift from dead stop? Thanks.

Knees hurt on light weight squats but not on heavy squats

Been squatting a while, and recently my left knee hurts on squats, it hurts when I'm doing the bar but when I put more weight on the pain completely goes away? Surely if it was a form issue, the pain would increase as the weight increases? Any ideas?
