Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. Best Hack Squat?

I was recommended with this lift as in my back squat I tend to lean a little too forward, possibly due to quad weakness compared to glute/hamstrings. However, I find uncomfortable the one with the free barbell, specially because I was told to use the same weight I put on Back Squat with an AMRAP...

what are your thoughts on this? I will start deadlifting with the hex bar as apparently puts less strain on the lower back which is helpful, how does it differ from a normal deadlift apart from the grip?

Supine Leg Press

So the gym I go to has a Supine Leg Press machine, and I am curious if the only downside to it vs a regular squat would be lack of use of the stabilizers from using the machine vs free weight. Would it still work all of the same main muscles in a compound fashion?

Flat bench press useless?

There has been a lots of opinions, many of which claim that the flat bench press is a useless or just not a good exercise for building chest, and it's better to stick to the Incline and Decline. Your thoughts of it?
