They just don’t know what to look for. I’m hoping to narrow that gap with this thread. I’m not going to touch on everything,...

Any exercises to help fix forward head posture/general bad posture?

I suffered a concussion last summer and since then i've had trouble fixing my forward head posture. I think it may be because I spent a lot of time resting at home after my head injury, and the muscles on the neck just got super weak. I've been aware of it and try to fix my posture all day, but...

Pull-ups - Feel Triceps More than Back?

When I do pull-ups I feel my triceps are getting more work than my back. Is there a reason why I feel my triceps firing up? I use rings instead of a bar. Should I switch to a bar, or change my grip position? I heard that the thickness of the bar can also affect performance.

I've been dealing with a nagging left glute ache and trying to tweak my RDL to maximize hamstrings over glute involvement. I do hip thrusts for more pure glute. Curious if any of you have any tried and true recommendations? The variables I'm playing with are stance width, angle of toes, heel...

Deadlifting without touching the floor

What do you guys think to lowering the bar just before touching the floor then returning back up? I was wondering if it had any benefit for hypertrophy as for one you're not losing any tension by placing it on the floor then returning from a deadstop and 2 you wouldn't get any cheat with it...
