Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

Are pullups an exercise you can do 2-days in a row?

I usually like to do 3 sets of 10 pullups along with 40 pushups after each set. Good idea? Only Saturday and Sunday are the pullup bars free at my gym. The other days, when I get there, it's packed. So I usually don't even bother wasting time waiting.

Is lifting enough?

Is lifting enough to lose fat and maintain muscle or should you implement some form of HIIT and conditioning or is the additional amount of calories you burn overestimated? Furthermore, is lifting also enough to maintain and improve heart health? Thank you in advance
