They just don’t know what to look for. I’m hoping to narrow that gap with this thread. I’m not going to touch on everything,...

Floor bench press or on the bench?

I'd go to a small gym, mostly cardio equipment/machines. Sometimes there is no one to spot, and I would feel more confident doing the bench preses on the floor in fierce 5. Am I missing out on anything doing it this way?

Mixed grip deadlift, dangerous?

Hey everyone, quick question. My grip strength is pretty lousy so ive always used mixed grip for Deadlifts but recently a mate of mine told me its dangerous and may cause shoulder injuries and even bicep tears. Am I supposed to feel my chest when benching?

I've been benching for over a decade, and I really don't feel much in my chest during benching. I've watched tons of form videos. I try to keep my forearm right below the bar, wrists straight. I arch my back (nothing dramatic). I don't flare my elbows. I bring the bar down controlled to my...
