Is 315 a respectable deadlift?

Talking Compound calf exercises

31mm or 1.25 diameter curl bar?

Does anyone know where I can find an Olympic curl bar with a 31mm (or 1.25 inch) bar diameter? At the gyms a lot of the fixed curl bars (strait and EZ) are this 31mm diameter? Feels better in my hands! Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

How much should a 13 year old lift? (For dumbbells)

Im 13 years old and 5’3” and I'm wondering if 12lbs with dumbbells is to much for me (I've been doing bicep curls). I just started lifting. It doesnt seem that hard to lift but from what I've been reading it could damage my bones? Is this true?
