I plateau'd on the weighted chinup. Wat do?

I attempted 97.5lb after last week hitting 95lbs for 2 reps. I failed the 97.5. What should I do, leave the weighted chin alon and do other back and bicep exercises, or maybe do the chin but in a much higher rep range for a while? Any advice appreciated and thanks for reading.
