Numb fingers after squatting....worried

Stretching before jogging / cardio / leg day

I don’t really feel like I need one but is slow jogging / walking enough before jogging / leg day / any type of cardio ? Or should I do dynamic stretches in addition? And static stretches are only post lifting (even upper body) and cardio right?

Static stretching reduce strength?
