Bulgarian squat vs Step up ratio?

I currently added in two unilateral leg exercises to my program one performed on a hamstring oriented day, the other on a quad oriented day. Should these two lifts be the same weight given they are for the antagonist muscle group (ex. Biceps/Triceps)?

Dropping weights increase sets

Hi guys Does it make sense if i drop weight to increase sets. Currently I am doing 3x10 for certain weight, then i try dropping weight to do 5x10, I felt that i get more juice out of it. But does it make sense? I see some people doing 15 sets etc... instead of the popular 3 sets.

To belt or not to belt, that is the question.

Lifting newbie coming up on the end of week 3 of Starting Strength. Current lifts are...squathe 175x3x5, oh press 95x3x5, bench 125x3x5 and deadlift 245x1x5. When should I consider a lifting belt? Should I already be wearing one? Are they all the same? Any cheap but good ones you would recommend?...

Best Hack Squat?

I was recommended with this lift as in my back squat I tend to lean a little too forward, possibly due to quad weakness compared to glute/hamstrings.
