So basicly it seems like everyone says 8-12 reps for hypertrophy, anything below that is strength and anything over that is endurance. So how come many of the big bodybuilders do 15+ reps? Wouldnt they wanna stay in the 8-12 range? EDIT: Kali Muscle for an example emphasizes 15+ reps.
