Post Leg Press

Today I just hit a PR on the Leg Press of 560! But I’m confused... I’m 155lbs at 12%BF. Not complaining but why is my leg press so strong while my upper body movements such as my flat bench is only 135x8? I always do full range of motion on all my exercises. Is this just genetics?

Bench press fix and lower max?

After reading the stickie and fixing my form I feel a lot better about preventing both shoulder injury and muscle growth. My max dropped about 15 pounds with the better form. 260 to about 245. Will the weight drop on bench effect muscle loss on cut because of the drop in intensity?

Shrugs and low back pain

My lower back hurts every time i do barbell shrugs, even with low weight. I can deadlift over 500 with proper form and bent over row 315 for reps, but shrugging 225 causes back pain. Any suggestions?
