Working out twice daily 1/2 times a week

I was reading this article that spoke of working out twice daily and was wondering if anyone has seen any gains if they have been doing this? I have been thinking of going during my 30-45 mins lunch break. Is this worth doing? does anyone have any feedback of personal experiences?

Dead hang imbalances

I've been doing lots of dead hangs recently and I keep noticing that my right arm gives out before my left, I'm right handed so this puzzles me. I'm wondering if maybe I should do 1 handed hangs on my right to bring it up to speed, or should i just leave it?
