Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. I read somewhere..

That Ryan Reynolds gained 25lbs in 3months at 3200calories and 6 workouts per week. How is 25lbs in 3 months even possible? And of muscle it said. And if it isn't true. How can the trainers and him just blatantly say it.

Building outer pecs

I've been making some good gains on my pecs, but it seems to mainly in the center. The outer part of my pecs (near my arms) don't really seem to be building. Going deep with the standing ab wheel

Anyone know what muscles are emphasized when you go deep, as in close to parallel? Right now I'm at about a 45 degree angle. It gets much harder from there. May be worth it though if the extra work goes to the abs. If it shifts elsewhere I can just add reps.
