I can press behind the neck now

So after years of struggling with shoulder problems I now have the mobility to do (light) presses behind the neck. I do them Paul Carter style to the ears, not the base of the neck. Question is, can I program these as a main lift once a week or is that not advisable?

Lean Forward at Bottom of Back Squat but not Front
