Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. Intensity of workout

If you have 3 full body workout per week. 1st workout you can give 100% 2nd workout you can only 70% of 1st workout 3rd workout maybe 50% Will you consider this as over training? Or it should be this way for intensity because you cannot perform at same level if you go for heavy workout?

Is it common to drop 9 reps between the first and last set of an exercise?

I find it amazing how my reps can drop so much from fatigue after just a few sets. As an example, in my last triceps workout on db lying extensions my first set was 15 reps and I stopped 1 or 2 reps before failure. Then the second set I could only get 9, then 7 and in the forth set only 6 reps,...

are reverse crunch/leg raises and hip raises/toes to ceiling bad for the spine?

I've been doing lying reverse crunches and hip raises as one of my ab exercises. I don't get any back pains from doing them, but the nature of movements made me wonder if they'd do any harm to my spinal health (esp. the lumbar spine)
