Why is it harder to bench at home then at the gym?

I have a decent bench, I can bench in the high 300’s but since this quarantine I went from doing 275 for 8 on incline at the gym to almost dying on 245 for 6. The bar is thicker and my weights aren’t very high quality. Just curious what might be causing such a major drop off.
