Building the outside of your bicep?

5'7, ~135 here. 30 years old. Had two strokes as a toddler so I'm limited in what I can do on my left (weak) side but do what I can to slowly build it up, and push it as hard as I can on my right (strong) side. I've been working out with a personal trainer for a couple years and have started to...

Bar somehow slipped out on a squat, wtf? Back hurts now

I was doing my 1RM on squats today, and I got one successful rep. And somehow the bar rolled backwards off my back and I strained my back during...

Clicking sound in my shoulder

When I'm doing low to high cable fly for chest, my right shoulder makes a clicking sound, however there is no pain. Only when I do these it makes the sound, once I raise my arms. What could this mean? Does it even mean anything? Should I stop doing these?

My forearms are rather skinny so I've been doing A LOT of high rep wrist curls (4-5 times a week), and was wondering if this is safe or not. How to get my shoulder muscles to pop out?

I've been doing the following exercises for the past months: - shoulder press 4 sets - front raise 4 sets - side raise 4 sets. Finish with 3 sets of shrugs and 3 sets of upright row. I want my shoulders to get fuller and rounder but instead of that they are only getting wider.
