How to progressive overload with back extention

How do I progressive overload with back extention? Im doing Upper/Lower workout and it says to add 1.25KG on all upper body exercises every 2 weeks and add 1 rep every 1 week but how do I add that with back exention? I usually hold a 25KG Plate which is the highest to my chest and do the exercise

Question What muscle weakness(es) makes it so your feet hurt from walking a lot?

Cool 100 reps of 75% max

What are the benefits of doing 75% of 1 rep max weight for 100 reps? Ex: I do 225 bench press for 100 total reps. However, reps are from 1-5 pyramid style until I reach 100. I do squats as well. I may include deadlift soon.
