Shoulder fatigue

Ok, so I've only been lifting 6 months. I've built strength and stamina up quite a bit since starting. However, after a few sets of shoulder exercises (presses and raises) I get such fatigue in the arms and shoulders. I feel weak and have to drop the weight down. Or else I hit failure at 5/6 reps....

deadlift progress

Hey. I'm 19 and have been lifting seriously for about 3 months. 3 months ago I deadlifted about 130 kg (287 lbs) for 3 reps, and today I deadlifted 150 kgs (331 lbs) for 3 reps. so I have increased my deadlift by 20 kgs (45 lbs) in 3 months, is this good? Or should I be gaining more strength?
