Heels coming up during belt-squats

Has anyone ever experienced this during belt-squats or some other variation? I do sets of 8 to 10, and my heels will start to lift up off the ground as I get up to around rep 5 or 6. There's no pain, so I don't know if it even matters.

Once again the workout and exercise forums are kinda dead, so let’s see what exercises y’all would pick if you had to choose 1 lower, 1 upper pull and 1 upper push. Mine would be a trap bar deadlift, hammer chest press and a seated cable row.

If I only did hammer curls, what results can be expected?

I normally alter between hammers and regular DB curls but I got a minor injury where regular db curls irritate my wrists. Despite this, I always enjoyed hammer curls more; any major difference in terms of muscle building? Pictures to compare would be helpful
