Bench is weak.Need advice

My 1rm barbell bench is around 200lbs which is very weak but i dont work shoulders at all,so I was wondering if that is the reason why my bench is weak.(not working out shoulders because herniated disc).I can do dips with 45lbs for 3 and skull crushers with 90lbs for 6-7 reps.

Question Why are one arm push ups easier then diamond for me?

I always skip progression and go right to the point... do diamonds push ups train muscles very differently? I can get 10 on each side pretty ok and on diamonds like 3? I never done diamonds till today so im confussed.. also when i did diamonds today i felt a weird shock on my arms .
