Question Is not fully extending my arm during bicep curls damaging the shape of my bicep?

I've been working out for about 2 years now, been using the same bicep machine all the time. I noticed that when i flex my biceps that there's a gap about an inch or more from my inner elbow to my bicep. Am I supposed to feel my chest when benching?

I've been benching for over a decade, and I really don't feel much in my chest during benching. I've watched tons of form videos. I try to keep my forearm right below the bar, wrists straight. I arch my back (nothing dramatic). I don't flare my elbows. I bring the bar down controlled to my...

Seated cable row wide grip or v-handle grip?

this is basically bent over row vs t-bar row for free weights right? does it really make a huge difference cause I know vhandle and tbar rows you can get stronger faster.. this would cause more overload on the back? does the wide grip make a huge difference in terms of muscle development?
