Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

Question Power clean form?

Hi, I have been doing power cleans for ~ 2.5 months now. I am just able to do 8 reps @ 135 lbs. When doing cleans with this weight, my legs jut out 1-3 inches each side. Is this harmful to my lift, or my body? Thanks - Mike.

Substitute face pulls for incline face pulls?

Can I do incline face pulls where you sit down and lean back a little pulling the rope from well like a diagonal path rather than horisontal? I can’t seem to be able to make any progress on the regular ones and I’m pretty sure I have terrible form.
