Is 315 a respectable deadlift?

So I literally just started working out 2 months ago. Prior, I haven’t worked out a single day in my life, besides those fitness tests in high school. I’m 22 M, 6’ and weigh 155. Is 315 a respectable or at least average deadlift for someone my age, weight, & experience?

Tricep dips?

Do tricep dips hit all three heads? If so, we do lots of people prefer using multiple exercises (skullcrushers, close grip bench, push downs) for all 3 heads if dips would hit all?

Does anyone know where I can find an Olympic curl bar with a 31mm (or 1.25 inch) bar diameter? At the gyms a lot of the fixed curl bars (strait and EZ) are this 31mm diameter? Feels better in my hands! Any info is appreciated. Thanks!
