Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. Are these leg workouts redundant?

Like a lot of people, I'm stuck at home trying to make what little equipment I have work. Looking online for good leg workouts, it seems like most routines are full of redundant exercises. 3 sets of squats, then 3 sets of lunges, then 3 sets of one legged squats, etc. Seems like they're all...

Why don't I feel bench press in chest?

I use a flat bench with dumbells because it's the only equipment I have access to right now. When I do bench presses though I feel it way more in my triceps than my chest.
