Problems with Hack Squat Machine

I added the hack squat into my program about 9 months ago. Progress went great until my last increase in weight. Legs pushed it just fine but my AC separated. It appears that the shoulder pads are right over the weak point of my joint. I really like the exercise and would hate to give it up. ...

running and cardio problems

Hey guys I have been running a couple miles a few times a week and I noticed every time I run, the next day it’s almost like I’m sick. I cough a lot and just feel like crap. Is this unusual? Is it from vaping? I switched from chew to juul because I heard it’s healthier. I’ll quit cold turkey if...

Conventional vs. trap bar DL & overall back hypertrophy

I know that trap bar deads take a lot of load off the low back, but is the same true for the upper back, mid back and lats? Can the trap bar be as effective for overall back hypertrophy as conventional?

Improving jumps

High intensity steady state cardio

So, I've been googling and searching everywhere. I simply can't find any literature from a layman's point of view that talks about the benefits and disadvantages of steady state high intensity cardio. By that I don't mean HIIT. I mean on a treadmill with your heart rate at 85% to 90% max for 20...

Do you pinch the shoulder blades back during sit ups?

Some videos on youtube i see guys recommend having the shoulder blades pinched at all times. Other videos i see a more rounded back, so they can get the proper crunch/squeeze in. I believe the latter is the correct method, but hopefully i can get some more feed back here.
