15-20 rep range good for triceps and biceps?

First 2 sets I do 15-20 reps, 1 or maximum 2 reps shy from failure and the 3rd sets until failure. All with the same weight. This seems to get me the best and biggest pumps in my triceps and biceps. Is it a good indicator that this is the rep range that works for me the best?
